Qualified brokers will receive a commission of $50,000 per acre, prorated on a hundredth of an acre basis, provided the broker registers with the County. Broker Registration forms are included in the RFP Packet and should be submitted as an attachment to an RFP response. Separate submissions will not be honored.

Receipt of the brokerage fee will not only be contingent upon the existence of this registration letter, but also the broker being licensed in the State of Wisconsin, the broker not being a principal of its client or any entity having an ownership interest in its client and the land sale closing within 24 months of a signed Option to Purchase.
